Danish companies expect a continued shortage of labor until 2030, despite political measures. Reforms such as the abolition of large prayer days and a new amount scheme have increased the labor supply by 19,500 full-time workers, and upcoming SU and tax reforms will add another 10,000.
Nevertheless, Danish Industry (DI) predicts that more than half of the companies will experience challenges with recruitment.
